Our law firm is located in the New Centre of Łódź (NCŁ),
at Gen. Romualda Traugutta Street No. 25 (at 9th floor od Textilimpex building), just across from Łódź Fabryczna Station. Many bus and tram stops, even metropolitan railway stop (Łódzka Kolej Aglomeracyjna) located nearby, as well as public offices (passport department in the same building), restaurants, cafes, public utility facilities (banks, cash machines) and car parks.
Our office is open from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and/or different hours – after prior individual appointment.
The staff speak English. Our notarial office is a child-friendly environment.
All notarial acts are performed by Notary Weronika Lendla and Notary Barbara Różańska-Filipczak.
INFORMATION_ Notary also provides his Clients with free of charge information on the matters of notarial acts.
Having the best interest of parties in mind, the Notary makes all the necessary explanations and answers questions before performing notarial acts.
PLACE_ Notarisation is performed in the notarial office. It's performance can take place elsewhere depending on the character of the act or circumstances.
LANGUAGE_ Acts are notarised in the Polish language. At the request of the party, notarisation can be additionally be performed in foreign language, by the notary if he/she commands the foregin language as required of a sworn translator, or aided by sworn translator.
SECRECY_ Notary is obliged to keep secret all information entrusted to them in their official capacity.
In specific cases, you may need to provide additional documents.
Maximum rates for notarial fees are set by Regulation of Minister of Justice of 28 June 2004 on maximum rates of notarial fees.
